National Clinical and Referral Pathways initiative
The National PHN Cooperative is seeking to better understand the needs, preferences, and expectations of GPs regarding Clinical and Referral Pathways platforms.
This project aims to identify areas for improvement within the current system, with the goal of enhancing patient care in general practice, both now and in the future.
The initiative is divided into two phases.
Phase One involves paid one-on-one interviews and focus groups, designed to provide deeper insights into GPs' experiences, attitudes, and expectations related to the existing system and potential future solutions.
You can opt-in to participate by completing a short screening questionnaire. All participants will be paid for their time.
Phase Two will consist of a more detailed, quantitative survey, targeting a diverse group of GPs across various geographies, demographics, and user profiles from all PHNs in Australia. Of particular interest is feedback from GPs not currently involved in the development or maintenance of an existing solution.
